- Business name if applicable
- Payment information – if payments are made online this is handled by WorldPay – No payment details are held by Burbage Custom Windows Ltd.
- Any other voluntary information you choose to share with us i.e. specific comments/notes.
5) How Do We Use Your Personal Data?
Under the GDPR, we must always have a lawful basis for using personal data. This may be because the data is necessary for us to complete your order/installation:
- Providing and managing your account if applicable.
- Supplying our products to you. Your personal details are required in order for us to enter into a contract with you.
- Communicating with you. This may include responding to emails or calls from you.
- Supplying you with information by email/phone/post that is required to fulfil the contract. I.e. sending order confirmations and status updates such delivery schedules or installation updates etc.
- We may contact you after completion of the contract for feedback.
With your permission and/or where permitted by law, we may also use your personal data for marketing purposes, which may include contacting you by email, telephone, text message or post with information, news, and offers on our products. You will not be sent any unlawful marketing or spam.

We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary. We may retain certain elements of personal information for our legitimate operations such as record keeping and to comply with legal obligations such as fulfilling guarantees etc.

We will only store or transfer your personal data within the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the GDPR. We store all personal data in industry specific password protected systems.

We share elements of your personal data with third parties only for legitimate business purposes. Third parties may include FENSA, HomePro, couriers and any other contractors required to complete the contact.
We do not share or sell your personal details for marketing purposes
If any of your personal data is required by a third party, as described above, we will take steps to ensure that your personal data is handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights.
